My Story (2) : My First Doctor Visit .

My new parents brought me to their lovely home. I had my room with a nice crate and play area. They were feeding me lovely delicious healthy food 3 times a day. (so delicious: LOL). but also giving me a bit of kibble for a snack (You know I love to eat: LOL) A few days later they made an appointment for me to visit a doctor. I did not like it and was a bit scared, but had to go. They put me in a nice carrying bag. We saw a nice doctor who said I am healthy but must take a few shots (Vaccines) and also the doctor suggested they keep me home away from other dogs and people for 6 to 8 weeks: why did I need these painful shots?! I guess humans also receive similar Vaccines so must be ok. I know we dogs do not like these shots! but the nice doctor was telling my mom that "Vaccinations protect your pet from highly contagious and/or deadly diseases and improve your pet's overall quality of life." she provided some information: I added the link for you guys here to read and better educate yourself.
