A Warm New Beginning
My new family is amazing they are Persian and make the yummiest-smelling food ever. Oh, how I love the smell! I'd stare at them with puppy dog eyes, hoping for a bite, but instead, they'd buy me these fancy, healthy eats from Stella and Chewy, which I did appreciate (kind of).
The Croissant Chronicles
One day, Mom gave me pistachios, and Dad shared a buttery croissant. DELICIOUS! But, friends, it gave me the worst tummy ache ever. Off to ... the vet, we went. The doc (a cute chubby fellow) gave my family a serious talk about Frenchies, weight gain, and why I needed to stick to veggies, kibbles, and boring stuff.
A New Adventure at Petco
Mom wasn't ready to disappoint me entirely, so off we went to Petco Express. Wow, what a treasure trove of toys, treats, and foods made just for pups like me! A lovely lady there suggested homemade treats alongside the good-quality kibbles Mom picked out.
They're healthier, sure, but pistachios and croissants? Forever in my heart, folks.
